Provide valid, government-issued identificationEnsure all documents are complete before notarization (we do not draft or alter documents)Be physically present for in-person notarizations or use an approved remote notarization platform where permittedPay all applicable fees at the time of service

4. Fees and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse service if:
